Al, I remember watching a Pink Floyd video from way back when. Gilmore was talking about technology and how people said that essentially they were cheating, like you're talking about. To which Gilmore responded something to the effect of, somebody has to tell the machines what to do.

So I am in complete concurrence with everybody here I believe. We've just been "debating" two completely different issues from the start, IMO.

But it's been terrific looking at the various dogs and tits photos, wouldn't you all agree?
 
yeah tits are always a winner for me!...hell i think they should be in EVERY post from now on!...

Dude, I have SOOOOOOOO already ordered one. It apparently doesn't have a "Crawdad" preset, but otherwise, it's gonna' be an amazing piece of technology, and it's also gonna' get a LOT of time in "the clinic," lol.




(looks like a glorified vocoder to me, and I've already got one of those, lol).

LOL! Just ONE?!!:D Chris, just think, if you piggybacked three of them, you might be able to communicate telepathically with all those Waco-ites, or cause the Iraquis to surrender before war breaks out. Yeah, thats what the clinic needs--a huge dose of voice modeler.

You know Chris, I'm kinda surprised that you haven't made more use of your vocorder here in the clinic (uh--oh--I may be VERY afraid to hear the next ChrisHarris clinic post...you got that vocorder out NOW dont ya?:D)

Hmmm...if it doesn't have a Crawdad preset, it might be more musical than I first thought!

Kramer--Oh yeah--the BBTTE. Just when we hoped the world had forgotten, it makes a return, like the rediscovery of a vintage Fuzz Face. Well, you know, there is no other effect remotely close to the BBTTE. Probably good reasons for that too!:D

HAHAHAHAhahhaha... Honest to God, I'm working on a kind of heavy song right now, and right after I typed that, I thought...THAT'S WHAT IT NEEDS! lol. You will all be subject to it soon.

btw - I'm in the "loved every fucked up effect that P. Frampton could use" club, lol. I guess I'm musically shallow, but I'm principled about it. :D
