I'm not bothered by it. But my hardware is. It can only run 24 tracks plus 8 effects returns. Over the course of 10 years I have always been able to get around it by comping/bouncing or eliminating.

Someone needs an upgrade. :D

By my most recent count, yes. Are you getting a different track count?

I did not load the samples or any of the misc tracks. I have 27 tracks.

Some of the misc stuff may be useful, like swells but the samples - why? Seems it would be very difficult to employ them.

Why would it be difficult? They are full length tracks. They line up exactly to the existing tracks. However, do what you want. You are not required to use them...or the swells, etc. The track is yours to make decisions on. It's a blank canvas. You have the colors...just paint the picture. It's almost paint by numbers. ;) What can you do to give it your own signature? What can you impart on it?

Okay - so it's just drum - over the top - overkill. Got it.

I don't know about that. You can never have too much of a good thing. It's all about options and I provided options. I thought about not including them. But I did.

WTF is going on here? Just DL the friggin tracks and use what you want. It's not rocket surgery.

So does that mean it basically mixes itself? If so, I'm going to have to record something more disjointed.

lol no, i tweaked what i thought needed tweaked, and how i thought it should be. i kept what i thought was good and removed what i didn't. It boils down to personal taste, and lets be honest, the tracks were all pretty well recorded at the source, less is more and all that jazz.
