Midi + MBox 2 doubts, help a newbzor, please.

Hi all,

I am planning on buying an Mbox 2, and have some doubts about what Midi Controller I should get. Namely, midi controllers like Oxygen are more expensive than USB controllers, I guess the downside to USB controllers is more latency. Has anyone tried using the Mbox (which is USB connected) with a USB controller like the M-AUDIO KEYSTATION 49E?
