Now you are just talking out your ass. That's completely impractical for the situation. Anyway, all Disney would have to do is keep the court battle going until we ran out of money to defend ourselves, which would be much cheaper than $100,000.

BTW, you don't need to go to court when you have a registered trademark, that's the point of registering.
 
I don't think Farview was trying to be a dick...don't read too far into posts on the net. Hard for someones personality to come across when they are being sarcastic or funny. Had I asked him the same question, he would have been much harsher to me, as he knows how I would take it. Let it go man...all is good. :cool:

I know he wasn't trying to either, and I didn't say he was. As you say, don't read to far into posts ;-).

Though he did tell me to fuck off, so now he's on my shit list.

Well, I'm simply stating that this bullshit isn't worth worrying about. Call it a missunderstanding, and move on. Shit happens on the net, but it doesn't need to a big deal.
