The stairs go to a loft upstairs. That is where the lounge is. (TV, microwave, fridge, etc...)

Nice studio Farview. And I love "use what ya got" Cleodrummers too! Especially the Teac 2300 tape machine. Any studio with a R2R is ok in my book.:D

Welcome, Young Jedi.

There's some enviously nice studios on here - some look more like professional studios!

At the moment I'm just stuck in the corner of my bedroom; I don't even do any recording here, I rely on going to my school's studio.

However we have some fairly large cellars our house which I hope one day to convert into a studio. They're damp and need waterproofing at the moment, but I'm persuading my dad to let me make good use of them if they're ever made inhabitable. Two of the rooms have great vaulted ceilings, which I presume would make for great deadening acoustics if I put some egg crate over each corner/column thing - its hard to explain the shape, but I think it would be good. There are 3 fair sized rooms down there, so I could make one a control room, one a live room and split one into a vocal booth and storage room.

Now I need to find some money :D
