I'm using it.
With it's 24-bit/192kHz and good converters it's great. It only has 2in/2outs but thats not a problem for me since I have a Mackie 1202 mixer connected to it, and I'm never in need for recording 2 separate tracks at the same time (well I do from time to time, but then just for scetching and it's easily done by fading up whatever I need to go to recording from the Mackie 1202. That comes in on the same track in the sequencer though. The only way for me to record 2 separate is panning full left and right and record mono).
On a low budget Juli@ might be the best choice.
But if you need to record several tracks at the same time and dont have a mixer, it might be some other cards that suits you better.
The sound quality delivered through the Juli@ is outstanding though.
