Is the upgrade worth it?

Hi yall,
I have VST24 ver.3.7, but haven't purchased the upgrade yet.
My question is, is the upgrade to VST32 worth it. I already have great plug ins outside of steinbergs. Whatcha tink? Why would I upgrade other than bit depth, and is 32bit just smoke and mirrors? I'm so confused!!!!!!!! sniff, sniff.

oh....... well........... to me the 32 bit make nothing different to me
but u can use more VSTi and vst effects tho, which make my life easier

If you're already recording at at 24bit i don't think the improvement will be worth it, however if it's plug-ins that attract you to upgrading it may be worth it.

Logic is better
u can use 2 times more effects at the sametime
and the effects comes with logic are awsome!!

but logic doesn't have that nice piano roll that makes all midi notation 10* easier.. and i'd really like a vst sampler that were compatible with my logic..
