Inserting wav files

Hi...

Is it possible to import a wav file into a track on reaper and then shift it a matter of milliseconds or more either way to sync with other tracks...I don't need to know how at the moment, just making sure it's possible.

Absolutely possible. Its as simple as a drag and drop. You can zoom in to see just a few peaks in the wave file and move it to line up with another peak. Transients like drums are nice markers for this.

I do a similar thing with video. Find a spot where you can see a drum or cymbal strike, and then move the peak to match up with the hit.
