headphones that block out all/most outside sound?

Yeah no kidding there. I couldn't handle working at a GC!! I'll check those out next time I get up there. I was really unhappy to see Mars close down here. Much quieter store and better customer service. Thanks.

i dunno how much they are in the US, but i use some pairs of Sennheiser 2270. awesome isolation, and really good sound.
 
The 'legendary' Sennheiser's HD250II's are the best I have in my collection.
 
Here's a second vote for the Sennheiser HD 280 pros. Great isolation, and excellent response. We have two pairs and I would buy more.
