Heres something i was working on a while back.

I was brought to this website to learn more about sound engineering since most of the people on this forum seem exceptionally knowledgeable on the topic.

Im looking for a critique of sorts, and any advice on how to improve the sound in this is greatly appreciated. I do realize this is nowhere near anything else being posted on this section, which is why id like advice.

The snare seems louder than the kit, as a whole. My contribution.

Wish I knew something about this genre but hang around. Someone will come by.
I did find a couple of spots where the Right signal goes dead for a second. Is there something you could fill the silence with?

Yeah, the snare does seem to be extra loud, i messed with the velocity a little too much on it. The dead spots are probably just me sucking at guitar.

I feel like the track just doesnt sound "big" enough.

i have 2 guitar tracks recorded panned 9 o clock and 4 o clock. Then i doubled each and panned hard left and hard right.

Drum track is center.

Would recording each track individually instead of doubling give that full sound im trying to achieve, or are there other steps i need to accomplish?

OK, nothing wrong with that.
Then i doubled each and panned hard left and hard right.

"Doubling" (if you mean "copy") does absolutely nothing other than make a track louder. What you ended up doing is simply making each track louder and cancelling out any panning you previously did.
