Most of the Chessrock posts would make you think that Chess is all BS. But every now and then, while reading threads in the newbie section (where I belong), I catch Chess giving kind advice without even a whiff of ass smell. Sorry, I should say without being a big meanie.
So, who is the real Chessrock?
-Helpful guy who likes to share his 15 years of ‘knowledge’ with others on internet bulletin boards whenever he is not diligently working at Moon Unit providing the selfless service of his ‘knowledge’ at a reasonable price for the working musician.

What if we started a thread with that question: Who is the real Chessrock? It might be a record breaker because it seems many people have strong arguments for each side. Personally, I'm confused. I like the advice I read that he writes to fellow newbies, but hate reading through the sludge that seems to be the majority of those 5.9 posts per day. If we did start that thread, would it get way off topic and start covering wild things like say, ‘recording in home studios,’ for example? Maybe someone would post a personal opinion of a product there, wouldn’t that be strange?
Maybe I am Chessrock, writing this because I like seeing people write about me (good or bad) and it's been slowing down lately. If someone writes about me, I’ll have an excuse to make at least one more post in responce. I could be him. After all, we where born on exactly the same day. ??? Wow? Now I feel really bad because I'm way behind on posts and knowledge; even though we started life at the same time. How did he accomplish so much?
What am I doing writing stuff like this on a thread started for a new Studio Projects product? Oh my... I MUST be Chessrock! No… alas, I only want to be him, doesn’t everyone?
