Hello there!
I've got a Yamaha MT4X cassette multitracker which I'm slowly learning how to use.
I've also got a new HP computer which I've installed the consumer version of ACID on. The computer just comes with the standard sound card - a Crystal Audio Codec, if memory serves me correctly - with the little output jack that feeds the two speakers.
Is there a cable I can get at Radio Shack or elsewhere that would enable me to run sound from my computer's speaker output directly into the 1/4" phone inputs on the back of the MT4X? ( A specific model number would help greatly - to prevent me from going back and forth from the store several times, as the folks at the Shack sometimes don't know what I'm looking for. And since I often don't know what I'm looking for either, well, problems is abound! )
Thanks in advance for any advice you may have to offer.
With all best wishes
