Well, the quality won't be nearly as good, but if you really wanted to, you could probaby just buy the packs of t-shirts, and get the iron-on paper, and do it that way.

One other thing you could do is try to find some company that markets in trinkets or whatever and see if they do t-shirts.

Here's the google results I found:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=custom+t-shirts

Of course, if you had the time, you could probably purchase your own silkscreening starter kit (they run about $150 for a basic kit, I think) and do it that way.

A 3rd option is www.cafepress.com. Basically, what they'll do is show you a "base price" for what ever product you want to sell. Then you add on X-amount for your profit, and go from there. For instance, if they have t-shirts that you can get with your design on them for $12.99, you might sell them for $15.99 and make $3 per sale.

Just a couple of options.

check out cafe express, it will work if there for order. but if you trying to bring them to peformances it probaly wont...

i'm not sure if cafe express and cafepress are the same thing, but these guys are who we're using right now... http://www.cafepress.com/ and they're pretty good for short orders. they do it so you don't have to print up the shirts until they're ordered. this works great for online, and you can do full color. they're not quite as nice as full screen prints, but if you're only doing a small batch, or literally want 1 shirt, they can do it for like $9 a shirt (including shirt). that's what we use right now...

as far as actual screen printing, i can't help you there. we decided not to mess with mass quantities yet. it'd help to have other kick ass designs. we find our CDs sell way more than any merch yet.

yes I messed up the name, I have a account there but I havent used them yet

thanks for all the help!!! im gonna check out some of those - i have an account at cafepress too - ur right they are good for small orders - esp. 1 !!!!!! but im really tryin to find a good "pro" with a good "semi-pro" price . . . . . . i have a show comin up (provided the promoter doesnt screw me out of the spot) and i want it to at least look like im "really rollin" . . . SALE: free t shirts IF U BUY A CD type thing goin on. plus i want a few "fans" in the crowd with my tshirt already on - "actin" as if they just bought it uknow!!!

-- which brings up another point - any one ever "consign" their cds out to vendors at events?

1. im thinkin of tryin it from the vendor side & the consigner side
for instance, i will sell my 10 copies of my single for .50 cents to a vendor and have him sell the single for $X (preferably $1 but thats up to him) to people at the events he goes to

in that regards any one game? i can do the same with your cd - buy your from you and then sell it

just a thought . . . anything to get some product movin . . thats what im tryin to do!!!
