So ive been making my owns beats/instrumentals for a little over a year now. Im happy with what i produce and i want to go further with it and add some vocals. But, at the time, I have a $50 gaming mic  . I have absolutly no experience with mics at all, so i dont even know where to start. But I got some money I wonna use to get something better. I have $300 at the moment im willing to spend. Any suggestions??

The Sm7 or Sm7b would be in your price range. It really is a solid mic that will hold most of its value over time. :)

Hmm i like, where would i be able to buy it though?

Call up Full Compass. They generally offer the best prices by phone. Alternately, you can buy it from them off Amazon.com for about $313.

The Shure SM57 is a classic for recording instruments. You can get one for 90 bucks on Internet. Check the e-stores! Luck!
