i've gotten some VERY nice results on acoustic tracks in a dense rock mix with a single dragonfly aimed at the neck joint. perfect balance of pick noise (high end rhythm) and strum (low end whomp) that sits real nicely for that "it needs acoustic to balance the electrics" thing.
positioning is VERY important with that mic (more so than some others it seems).....a fraction of an inch could mean you go from kickass to suckass.

when the acoustic is a main focus, i lean towards a spaced pair of 603's--one aimed at the neck joint, the other over the player's shoulder, aimed down towards the floor, angled in towards the lower bout. pan wide and you get a pretty huge acoustic sound.
it always helps when the player and instrument don't suck, too.
