Well gang, here's a shot of the external ceiling.
We've been hard at work getting the whole external building sealed up. Preliminary tests have been VERY favourable. I did a test with a radio playing at 106dB inside the building. Leakage was minimal, and perceptible sound outside was at 65dB. This was BEFORE we caulked the drywall joints in the cieling.... or before any internal wall constuction whatsoever.
Anyway, I'll have the full story & updates on my webpage in the next few days. Until then, here's a shot of the ceiling nearing completion....
