12 String Acoustic for $175

I don't even know why I'm posting this here, because I have never gotten a response to a posted for sale item....anyways

I have a Bentley 12 string acoustic dreadnaught. It is an all gloss finish and actually plays and stays in tune very well. I pulled off the pickguard some years ago, and it has a couple little finish marks in the top. I think I paid about $350 or so when I bought it. I was genuinely suprised it sounded so good.

I'm pricing very low in hopes I can get a quick sell, I just bought a guitar now I need my monthly bill money .

My Epiphone Dot is still for sale, too. I'm asking $350 in the classifieds, but I'll sell it here for $300. Case and shipping included. I'll probably wish I hadn't at some point but things are tight and I really need the money.
It is the Cherry finish and the case is original Epi hard shell made for it.
I will toss in some neat extras with either of these.
