I have an old 5.5" x 14" 10 lug Slingerland snare drum that I want to sell. I've seen similar drums on e-bay go for $100.00. It has the old oval logo and says "Slingerland Quality Drums Niles, Illinois U.S.A." and has serial number 87072. Your help would be appreciated! :)

I see Tascam is making a 24 track digital recorder with 24 bit/44.1kHz. I have heard that the more tracks you have, the more your sound suffers, but I thought that 24 bit was pretty good. Your thoughts please?

Ok, I will freely admit that I have no idea what I am doing, so here is my question. I am using SM81's as overhead mics for drums, on a concrete floor with the drums on a small carpet. The room is about 10X20....concrete walls and an old fiberboard ceiling. SM81's have three patterns to choose...

I just got acouple of these from a guy who walked into the music store I frequent and sold me 2 of them for $75.00. I looked on e-bay and this was obviously a good deal. What are these mics best suited for? I could use any info from users that I can get!! BTW....I did a search, but it didn't...

I have tried to load some of my music onto Nowhere radio, but it will not play the hi-fi version, and the low fi plays at only 28kps. If I click on Hi-Fi, it says the file doesn't exist. What gives?
