I hope this isn't too long! Right now I have an AKG C2000B Mic that I use for lots of different things. I need to have to mics for overhead drum miking, and I want to get mics that are versatile enough to use for vocals and maybe acoustic guitar. I have about $175 to spend. Someone recommended that I buy 2 Studio Projects B1 mics, but I'm wondering if I should just buy another AKG C2000B mic and use both of those for the drums. Somebody please help!!!!!

you will probably rather the Marshall 603's on overheads and acoustic guitar than the c2000b......Id order 1 603 and do a mic shootout between the 2 as a single overhead to see which you rather....if you rather the 603, get another.....if you rather the 2000b, send back the 603 and get another 2000b.......

and you could always get just one 603 for overheads and acoustic and get a SP B1 or Marshall mxlv67 for vocals.....you probably wont like the 603 as a vocal mic.......
