There seems to be an abundance of people with under 20 posts that post a file that lead you to a link that you either have to download something, or you get massive pop-ups and end up navigating thru some websites trying to figure out what's up.

I mean, I aint that stupid to navigate new websites, but I'm not gonna download something just to listen to it. And after a couple of popups, I feel like my hard drive needs a nice cleansing.

Am I by myself with these thoughts?

Don't make me download to listen. And yes I use garbage like AVG, but I'm not going to scan a file, etc.

Lightningmp3.com is such an easy and convenient way to upload your files. It streams for most people, its just the best option for me. Then comes soundclick, another stream usually a little more clicking. Myspace player sucks and I dont feel comfortable downloading something or navigating through pop ups elsewhere.

Maybe there should be a recommended clinic etiquette. You need to show music on a streamable link. And you also need to care about the feedback you get, not just defend why something sounds that way.:)

But some things may never change..
