XLR Connector Conventional Naming

It has come to my attention that the common "XLR" connector goes against conventional naming.

Since L comes before R, and R comes before X, I propose that the connector shall be named "LRX".

Hey Acorec,

Good point! :D However, I could argue here. You look at things scientifically :rolleyes: , trying to put an alphabetical theory behind of that. Now listen to its musicality. Try to pronounce 'XLR' and then 'LRX'. Do you really want your music sound like that? ;)

When music starts, theory fails...
