Apologies for leaving this thread for awhile, had a much needed vacation. In the interim, (and on your recommendation) I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a true RMS meter that's accurate from 1hz-50khz and was able to perform the measurements you specified. Here's what I found:
+5v logic: 5.05v DC, 0.02v AC
+15v audio: 20.83v DC, 0v AC
-15v audio: -18.66v DC, 0v AC
+15v transport: 15.86v DC, 1.146v AC
+24v transport: 23.92v DC, 0v AC
+35v transport: 33.7v DC, 0v AC
