Good enough.There is no disagreeing about the term that is exactly what distressing is. It is the same thing. The techniques are the same, the end result is the same whether you are working on a new piece or an old piece that has been repaired. Distressing is the correct term. Relicing is a recent term invented by a few big brand names. Distressing as a term has been used for hundreds of years. Maybe if GW was to adapt the term, something like "relicarization" that would give it a little more credence.![]()
