:confused:I get set up - acoustic guitar and vocals then distortion. What is happening? :(

I use M Audio fastrack and win 7.

I do not get this trouble using sound forge 10 but then I can't record 2 tracks together with that.

We don't know. :laughings:
What levels are coming in on your Protools meters?

If i doubt, post an mp3. :)

No. The sound is only when I am listening using protools. When I export the sound and play it it is OK

Clicks and pops?

Increase HW buffer size in Setup>Playback engine.

Hmm. Any effects on or anything like that?

If you can hear it, you should be able to do a real time bounce of it.

If you don't know how, record something.
Set the track output to bus 1+2
Create a new stereo track.
Set that track's input to bus 1+2
Record arm that track.
RTZ and hit record+play on transport.
Once done, solo your new track and bounce to mp3.

That should dump whatever issue you're hearing to mp3.

No effects.
sounds a bit complicated. I can't just get it do the sound. So frustrating. I have asked on the protools forum. Thanks anyway.

Do yo happen to know if I can record acoustic and vocals at the same time on sound forge 10? I would much prefer to use SF

Hi again. Yes I have tried that and the wave file is clear. Seems that it is only when listening with protools

Damn, really?
That's strange.

You're certain your drivers and software version are up to date/Win7 compatible?
