Mine for this week is

Baby boy. Sean Paul and Beyonce. I hate the song with a passion

That stupid, horrendous Santana song...


well... that pretty much describes all of them... :p but I'm talking aboot the one that's in rotation right now... with the male vocalist from the Calling or whatever... man that song is painful... and did I mention that Santana sucks? :p

"Unwell" is a good candidate, but I'd have to pick that song that was recently in rotation that talked about some guy doin' it with a girl in every location in the house, and the lyrics went something like:

She caught us on the sofa (It wasn't me)
Then she caught us in the shower (It wasn't me)
Then on the kitchen counter (It wasn't me)
She caught me red-handed (It wasn't me)

I don't have a clue who the artist is, but I loathe that song not only for its inane hook, but for it's insipid content.

Kinda old now, but "Sk8r Boi" and "Hot in Here" were like friggin nails on a chalkboard...

God I hate that.

And the worst part is, the beginning acoustic riff there is sooo badass.... I'm so pissed they wasted it on such a shitty song.

I totally agree. That riff is cool. The song isn't that hot. And it was edited so horribly, it's pathetic.

Sugar Ray

This is kind of a schizophrenic song with actually a good chorus hook but the absolute worst verse I've heard on the radio in my life.

"When It's Over" by Sugar Ray.

Lyrically, melodically, rhythmically and emotionally pathetic verse.
Not much else can I say except I hate this damn song!

especially her new one....rain on me.....I'll drop the people's elbow on her.
 
oooh baby (aww baby) by ashanti was the worst song I had ever heard when it came out.

It was disgraceful that a human being could write that, and more disgraceful that humans would listen to it.
 
anything by something corporate. They are a whiny baby boy band posing as a rock band.
 
anything by linkin park. i don't know why but every one of their 'hooks' doesn't hook me. they certainly hook the radio programmers though.
 
"Stacey's Mom ... Has it goin' on"

I hate how manipulative the song is, and I hate that my 12-year-old kids are watching it on MTV, and I hate the cheap exploitation and the blatant theft from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" at the end of the song.

But most of all I hate how it mesmerizes me:rolleyes:
 
Hands down.... WHO LET THE DOGS OUT was the most horrible hook and song ever!!! Lord, just the thought makes me mad. Man!
