what's a good and easy do it yourself web site building program

My microsoft picture it web building program may not work for some audio applications, so I was wondering what other programs are yall using to build your web sites with?
 
Macromedia Dreamweaver is a great program for designing websites. However, if you want something really slick you should hire someone, or be prepared to tackle a long learning curve.

It's pretty easy to get a web site up. It's more difficult to get a good website up.
