What do you look for in a band???

I did precisely that with my website and roadrunner (dynamic dns routing, etc)... but they cap the upload bandwidth and it would choke from time to time... so I found a cheap provider ($10 months for a LOT of bandwidth) and have begun reshaping the site accordingly...
