I just bought one of these suckers yesterday. I am just getting into recording so I am having a little trouble with routing, but that is all just user error on my part.
The install was extremely easy. Just pop in the CD and go. Just make sure to plug the firewire cable in when the CD prompts you to.
I like the fact that you can daisy chain 2 firepods together for a total of 16 analog inputs. I've heard that they are working on a new driver that will allow you to hook 3 firepods up if you desired.
This product is awesome for the price. If it would've cost me another 100 bucks for it, I would've still bought it.
