Trying to get a better sound.

The kick is a bit ... sounding (too much punch if that makes sense, maybe drop the 70-100hz range a few decibels). I like the acoustic recording. You might be able to get some more crispness from the acoustic but I don't kknow if the mic is a limiting factor, etc or if you don't want that extra trebly/plucky sound from it. Once you have the sound for the acoustic dialed in, adding some small/medium room reverb will help fatten it and blend it with the rest of the instruments as you add them.

Are you live recording the drums? (sounds like it)

Yea everything is live recording. For the acoustic i use 2 CAD C9 cardiod pencil condensers and a large diaphragm CAD MXl 990. And yea i thought to kick sounded a little weird. Im not used to equing it the way im trying and ive adjusted the tuning on the kick aswell.

+1 to Pinky suggestions. Mostly the guitar needs depth. If double tracking is not cool for you then I would look into MS recording of it.
