I just logged on for the first time in a few weeks and realized that my children have been posting comments and sending PM’s with my account. I hope they don’t go to jail because someone is going to sue them. :D :D :D

I think TRUE caught this one...I know I missed it earlier. I'm no attorney, now, but I believe slander is spreading false statements or allegations about someone verbally. What he is accusing here is libel, which is written. Hmm, sharp lawyer he is....even a sharper musician, I'm sure...oh wait, through all of this reading, I forgot, I haven't even listened to the tune that apparently started all of this. Don't think I shall, either. What a little pussy! :D :D

Are you seriously proud of the fact that you are getting publicity from an internet forum? What an idiot! They say that any publicity is good publicity but this publicity will go no further than this board! You're not going to sue anybody here, and for a lot of reasons. Most notably:

1. You have done the exact same thing to us that you are accusing us of doing. Can your company handle that many counter suits?

2. As I stated before. This is a PUBLIC forum where we share ideas and opinions. You can NOT sue somebody for slander, libel or anything else if what the person says or writes is that person's opinion.

3. You are not what you are portraying yourself to be and you know nothing about the law. That is very obvious.

4. The only thing I smell around here is you stinking up the place.

Oh and by the way, Teddy. If you did bring suit against any of us here, you would have to file it in international court, which would mean that you would have to subpeona each person that offended you with their opinion. THAT means that you would have to provide airfare for everybody that you brought the suit against as well as food and lodging during the time that we would be there. I don't think your puny company could afford it but I've never been to Ireland so it would be a fun trip!

Oh, and one more thing. I have a friend named Caraher.

Seeker, you must cease and desist, your libeluos, and slanderous ways towards the character of christian. He is a soft-spoken hearthrob, and his lack of any sort of male organ does not give you foundation to punish this limp dicked snotwad of a weasel. He is talented and sexy. We know this, for he would not speak untrue about himself. That would be libelous. Now, retract these statements before further measures are taken, such as he shits his brains out, and eats them.

I think I found some info on Ted.


Ted Phillips was born in 1942 and has lived all his life in Missouri. He is still alive today and his career in UFO research stretched from the late 1960s to the mid 1980s. Phillips had a varied career and at various times was an inspector for the Missouri State Highway Department, a professional photographer and also an amateur jazz musician. According to Ronald Story's UFO Encyclopedia Phillips investigated more than five hundred UFO cases in his first twelve years of UFO research. His position statement (written in the mid 1970s) concluded "I believe, after thirteen years of investigation, [that] the data indicates a non-terrestrial origin."
