Bubba .... to me the first one is the better sounding of the two and I think it would work well in a mix .... it's brash and rock and roll all the way!
I basically don't think anyone's any good. lol
That's an exaggeration of course, there's lots of talent in the world and some good playing and recording right here at HR.
But I'm a curmudgeon and don't praise folks casually.
Greg is seriously good at both playing and recording.
He gets about the best drumb and guitar sounds around and his bass always sounds great too.
If we lived closer together we would be gigging together ..... I'd chase him down!

greg is badass and I don't say that lightly.Greg's drum and bass tracks have needed ZERO treatment for the mix I'm putting together. I'm not sure that the significance of this fact will be properly understood by everybody, but in my opinion it takes an incredible amount of judgement and experience to supply tracks so perfectly-judged as these. They are utterly spot on. I'm in awe.
