I wish the CD recorder didn't have the drawer issue. I'd have grabbed it.

Yeah, I was surprised, considering how little use that CD recorder got that the drawer started acting up. I can hear something squeaking in there as it opens and closes so it's probably the gear track that's a hair out of alignment or something silly like that.
About tape; yes, a very expensive item these days for fresh stock.
Anyway, I've had a couple of bites on the ad yesterday and today...so maybe all your well wishes have brought me some luck.
I'll know one way or the other in the next couple days and hope I'm not jinxing it by talking about it!
