Just came across this, and embarrassingly, I can't really hear much of a difference. I've been thinking about investing in some new pre's, but jeez, if I can't hear a marked difference between them, maybe I'd be just wasting my money.

On the other hand, maybe it's something I'd notice more on a full mix then on a solo voice.

Where can you listen to these clips? I'm new ot the forum, but I am thinking of buying the "brick".
