Hey guys, just stumbled onto this site recently & it's awesome. I've been at gearslutz for a long time & TapeOp for a bit as well. Not sure how I missed this place!

Anyways, I thought I ask my first question. I just bought a old & beautiful Tascam M312 mixer. It's sexy as hell & I want to get my Pro Tools LE Digi002R set-up running through it for a little analog goodness & a little glue, so-to-speak. I'll be sending it back into Pro Tools. I have the signal flow part figured out but am not sure how to take advantage of the ADAT outs as they are obviously digital. The 002 has 8 analog outs & another 8 via the digital ADAT output, for those who aren't familiar. I know the Tascam mixer is only 12 channels but at least I could take advantage of all twelve inputs if I convert the ADAT output of my 002 to analog. My question is this: What converter would you guys use?

Also, on a side note... I've read a bunch on here about the Tascam M series mixers & it seems like the manual ir a very rare bird. If any of you have any ideas of how to get my hands on one, I'd be VERY appreciative!

I'm really looking forward to your recommendations,
-John
