Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and I signed up because I seek advice on a DBX unit for my reel recorder.
I'm running a small almost all-analog project studio for electronic music. Recently I switched from a 7" 4 track recorder to a Tascam (Teac) 32-2 recorder to master my music for mostly vinyl releases. The recorder came cheap, with remote and NAB hubs and it's in a very good state, so I'm very happy about it.
Now I saw I can buy a Tascam DX4D, 1 for 50 euro ( from a private seller) and one for 75 (commercial seller). The manual of my 32-2 only mentions the DX2A. I reckon 2 stands for 2 track and 4 for 4 track, so I'm not sure if it is connectible? And if it is, is it worth it the investment? I merely want to see what it would do for my recordings...
Thanks
