You may sometimes luck out in resetting the 2 set-screws on the reel table assy, so as to adjust out any eccentricity in it's motion.
Other note: Sometimes a wobbly reel table has become deformed and needs to be replaced. The core of it is softer cast metal. Heat, age and fatigue of weight kept on storage (full reels kept on for long term storage) can warp the reel table mounting spindle.
3rd note: Sometimes a wobbly reel table points to a bent motor shaft, that's bent slightly off center. This symptom would usually point to a face-drop or shipping damage.
