Syncing A revox (Itam 806)

is there anybody out there who knows a way of syncing an Itam 806 which is basically a revox a77 to another machine?

I guess the transport would need to be modified.

Any ideas

I'm syncng to a mini-8 by the way, but that doesn't really matter... does it?
