Is there any way to synchronize Amplitube delay (or any effect) with your protools session time?
For example I want to record a guitar with amplitube delay falling on every quarter bar of the proyect time.
I could use protools delay but I get to much latency

There is no button to sync up amplitube with pro-tools. Of course you could adjust the delay knob in amplitube until it more or less lines up with the songs tempo.
I don't understand the latency problem you are having with the PT plugs. If you are reffering to the stock plugins, they have no or virtually no latency. If you command click a couple times on the volume indicator of a track it will read "dly" this tells you the latency induced by plugins in samples. Amplitube is about 64 and the digi-stock plugs are 0.
If your latency problems are during recording try lowering your H/W buffer size (under setup-playback engine) to either 256 or lower if your computer can handle it. This will greatly reduce latency. (Increase the H/W buffer again for mixing).
