Sync Help Needed.....

Tried two other forums here with little success, so I'll try here :) ...
need a recomendation for a reliable syncbox with SMPTE, MTC and Word Clock that's not gonna eat my pocket....Rack mount would be a bonus, but doesn't have to be....Cheers
