alright, so i split a track in sonar 4, but then the audio does not play for the latter part that has been split. anyone have a clue why this does this or an idea of how to fix it? this is REALLY annoying me now and im pressed for time. Nothing is muted, the audio waveform is still there, the output is the same, but... no audio.

any help is really appreciated!

thanks

As in split from stereo to dual mono?

"...does not play for the latter part that has been split."
Oops. Never mind. :o

yeah its just a mono, single track that i split with the scissor tool thing... and it stops playing where it was split and i cant get it to play the later part? (i wanted to move it back a little ways).

i had to end up reloading the original wav file into the project so itd work.... anyone know a better way to do this?

thanks!

Are you sure you split the clip? The scissor tool is "cut" which would remove the clip. I don't think the split command has a toolbar button.

If you did split the clip, it is possible to mute only the clip (separate form the rest of the track). If the clip was muted there will be a red circle with a slash in the upper left corner of the clip.

Good luck
