I have just purchaed the Soundcraft MFX i 8.
One store was selling it for £335 but it was'nt in stock and another store was selling them for £430, I thought that was a bit too much
I eventually found it at another store for £368 , the store said it was thier last one so I decided to go for that price.
Really impressed with this mixer , lovely mic pre's and the Lexicon effects are like the icing on the cake.
You guys are right about the soundcraft eq's they are so sweet sounding and musical.
I will use this mixer for live gigs and will keep my other lexicon MX300 for home recording.
I still also have the Soundcraft M4 and will keep that at home ( Also a good mixer) but too heavy for gigging .
The MFX i is a lot lighter and ideal for traveling and giging.
