sonar x1 drops out someone help me this is getting really annoying ...

Yes my sonar x1 is dropping out everytime i hit play or when install plug in and its driving me crazy pls someone help i am making a EP and i need it i have other DAW but i have become very comfortable with sonar pls help fucking Drop out!!!
 
yeah fix it myself it something in the latency play a bit with it and its fix now ;)
