since noone mentioned them in my previous query, i thought i'd post the monitors i decided on for my small room. they're the event ps-5 biamped. 70w for the lows and 30w for the highs in each cab. i listened to all that i could find and these kill anything else (non-sub) under $500! i got them for $450 for the pair and free shipping from 8thstreet.com
