the SM57 is an exceptional mic, especially at $55 new... I recently bought 7 of them on sale for only $55 each with a free T-shirt... So now I have a closet of SM57 T-Shirts... I can be like a cartoon character and wear the same shirt everyday because I have a closet of these shirts... LOL!!!

i take it you dont like 57's..

but no they sound like absolute shit.

i gutted two of them to see the insides.. well, it was mostly hot glue and assorted nuts and washers evry which way.
