If you have a nice little ol´cozy studio, a "john sayer" designed SUPER studio, or just a little studio you´re ashamed of (c´mon, we´ll never know who you are!), post a pic here so we can drool our asses off.
PS - incidently, it's http://www.bluebearsound.com, but the other link will work too (at least until the site gets shuffled around again!) The bbs.com will always work though...
Looking great there (I like that curved section, too; how'd you pull it off?).
Question: It looks like the soffits are going to back right up to the walls of your live room. Is there enough isolation there to ensure minimum bleed through the walls into the live room?
Nice glamour shots of the wife on the console. I used to be a makeup artist for a photography studio called Hollywood portraits, much like a glamour shots studio. That was until they promoted me to store manager and I had to deal with corporate buttwads in Texas. No, they weren't that bad, but with no assistant, I was too busy running the place to have fun putting on makeup and shooting pictures...and at 21 (ten years ago) I didn't even have time to spend my paychecks...but that's a whole other story. Needless to say I quit. (Little rant, sorry)
Just an observation on the photo.
I'd take your studio in a heartbeat too. That couch is looking pretty comfy. I've actually thought of removing my bed from my bedroom and replacing it with a day bed or couch fold-out to maximize the space for recording. Sleep? Who needs it?
And, if you need any interns...just let me know. Info from another thread...
