I beg to differ. I'm not retarded. I'm pretty handy with a soldering gun and generally understand things mechanical/electronic. I followed every procedure precisely, and while it did help some, it didn't help enough to warrant the effort. The guy that wrote the instructions even said that it doesn't always work.
