Hello there...
I've got a little question regarding sequencing a drum track with Acid. You see, I have this little drum machine track that I made with an old Casio keyboard and I would like to add to it using Acid. Anyway, I don't know what BPM the original drum track is at (not sure if that matters or not) but I'm looking for any suggestions on how to go about doing this? Where should I start?
I'm thinking that I need to take the original drum machine track, chop it at the beginning and end to get rid of any filler and import that into Acid. I know that in Acid you can set the BPM to whatever the imported track is and I'm thinking that doing this will get me going? Am I right? Will Acid know what BPM a foreign drum track is at automatically?
