roland vs2000 acting funny

hello guyz man i jus purchased this roland vs2000 about a month ago and its been great to me but now wheneva i try to turn on the vs2000 its just stuck on this same screen NOW LOADING i dont no what to do.....could it b that i hav like 8 songs stored in its hard drive and also is there like a hard reset sumwhere please help

You might have to do some type of reset but I aint for sure. I have owned mines for almost 6 months and it has NEVA done that or gave me any problems. Go over to www.vsplanet.com if u havent already done so and im pretty sure they have the solution.

Mine did that once a few weeks ago. It just locked up. I called tech support and he had me try using the shutdown button and that didn't do anything so he told me to just turn it off andc then back on again and all was fine. But,,,,,,,do you have backups of your projects, just in case?

i dont have ne thing backed up and i really dont care i just want it to work right i hav all the beats saved on my motif is there like a hard reset button or something and also what is the tech support number

The button that says "Shutdown", upper right side of the unit is about as Hard as it gets. Tech support number is in the manual and on Roland's Web page......
