I've been out of touch for years and don't want to learn the Digital crap.
I have and will continue to use my Tascam Multitrackers but here's my question. How complex is it to take analog and burn it to CD? How and where do I learn more about this?
I came to this site looking for help in this area. I can get killer tapes and mixes but nobody seems to like casettes as the end user format anymore.

Well....welcome to the 21st century lol....If you want to avoid using your computer, you can buy a stand alone cd writer and run stereo outs from your mixer to it, same way you would a casette machine-I use a tascam cdrw-5000-it seems to do ok though it seems to be discontinued. One of these units will likely run you at least $500-just from a quick check-maybe you can find a used one cheap.
