Well I figured out that they don't really need to be in the ears. I taped them to the side of my small guitar amp and they still work real good.

a little right channel heavy, but that's just probably the way you had them set up. I'd like to hear 'em on a non-musical stereo source. ie. a passing car, or a dog running by.

Yea I need a portable recorder so I can go outside and record stuff. Right now I'm stuck in my noisy room.
